I think it was in the GFC when the US cancelled a wheat contract worth $40 mil and subsidized their own. They just cut the legs right out from their so called friend. The USA don't have friends. They only have countries they can use up and Australia is a classic example. Australia need to take back our sovereignty and join the BRICKS alliance. This is not to say we should cut ties with the US, however our politicians have to start acting in Australia's best interest.
