So far this would be setting itself up as the worst takeover of any which the BoD appear to have lost control, and shareholders are the ones getting shafted. Christ the share price was $1.85 a few months ago, and that was after it had dropped to a level that was questioned by many. There has been some skullduggery going on and the CEO, who has a great deal of experience in this just let it happen. I should have kept away when they appointed flash harry called Ferrari. I need just under $2.00 to break even. And I've been trading this share to kingdom come.
