It's a Bali low ball first offer, perhaps more in the wings and someone else to flush out - doubtful - Banks will not get here.
I was sniffing around last week to buy. I was expecting to see lower.
AMP in the perennial sin bin so this offer was what everyone was thinking.....but not doing till now
