I am glad you have a wrong response to what I described as non black and white issue.
I reckon that anyone who sold dusting the last week or two would regard themselves as not well informed by the board elected to take care of their interests - a board with continuous disclosure obligations to all shareholders. Not just the ones who hang on to shares due to the board deciding not to disclose. You may consider it in your interest. Thise who sold based on an absence of information would not.
