other than cambodia exploration costs, which aren't going to use all the cash at bank, the only significant way OZL can use those USDs is through a foreign project acquisition.. if the outcome of the current strategic review is for OZL to sit tight and not go down an acquisition trail then leaving the money there in USD is at best a worrying gamble and at worst negligent
