    If Centro US is split off from the Centro Retail properties group does this mean that CNP will worth less or more on paper?

    I have looked at the values's of CNP and all the better leveraged assets are in Australia.

    Could this save the company or sink it?

    I think the last ASX release suggested that Centro US is doomed.

    Personally I think removing the US part of the business will be positive for CNP.
