If these deals are the result of a group of well regarded US Institutional Houses approaching you and offering a deal to you that you cant really refuse - then they can be done that quickly!

Therefore my question still remains from an earlier post - How did Lodge Partners and their clients (some!)get their hands on a piece of the action? And as I said earlier they received a sizeable commission for placing heavily discounted shares and options - great work if you can get it.

I would love to know how many shares/ops went state side and how many stayed here? Its probably in the recent releases! but I haven't done the trawling as yet
