as likely as not, this whole internet filtering nonsense that rudd is pushing is probably aimed at giving the Chinese communist dictatorship cover and justification for their internet filtering firewall.
After all if Australia is doing something along the same lines, why shouldn't China do it to. It's just normal even for democracies after all.
