Great chart and analysis, while I'm very sympathetic to this scenario, I am finding that nothing historically fits the current financial situation. Trying to look back to find the same scenario is very difficult, this is due to the horrific debt levels that pervade the world. It's a bit like trying to fit the current US stock market into the same historical scenario, it just doesn't work out, just when you think it may.
These are unprecedented times. CB's have no idea how to cope as there is no precedent, despite many attempts at trying to identify it. Therefore, there will continue to be surprises from left field. It is a giant Ponzi scheme that will work until it doesn't, as Alasdair Macleod said, its John Law over again.
