in regards to capital raisings, I hope all of us in all the companies mma, bml, ivr and svl can let our managements know this,
the stockmarket was created in order for capital to be raised efficiently in projects that need it the most.
its not for directors to give placements to their mates at discounts so their mates can get big stakes at a discount. These days there is no inventive for retail to take up a CR because the price usually always gets manipulated down to the CR price.
