Does anything above make a difference to Lynas SP? Lynas will be judged on how they do Both EPS and Book value increases. which mean higher Stock owner value. Yes other companies getting JUMP START money may lower Some REO prices impacting Lynas, that is years off. So I will put this on the back burner till it is a year or two off and its impact can be properly assessed. IF Blue line gets money that is certainly good and will impact future earnings. Not very much when a ten year view is taken. I would love to see them get it but it is bottom-line impact I want to see.

If Lynas jumps through hoops to get it. that will increase Admin expenses. Lowering bottom line short term. Rember if Blue line gets USD 30M Depending on joint venture set up much of that does not show up on Lynas's books. The US does not write a big check. The company has to meet goals then a amount specified by contract is released. So the company incurs expense. then bills the US. Then gets their money. Not exactly a good thing for short term EPS. People will read it and raise the SP it will hold for a while but eventually track performance.

If someone else gets US funds, I just do not care until there production has an impact on REO market prices. Right now I am not willing to buy any small start up REO company. I am reserving all my speculative money for Lynas which has the best odds of hitting a home run.

Note all my speculation money is in high dividend Value stocks. I will have no problem selling these at once if the time for Lynas looks right. I will even sell a week before the dividend date.
