Danone has been confirmed as this morning's market raider on NFD emerging with a 10.2% stake.
Dairy Farmers currently holds a 9.2% stake in NFD.
Dairy Farmers also markets the Danone brands in Australia under longstanding licensing agreements with Danone.
Dairy Farmers were not a seller (or buyer) in NFD today.
NZ's Fonterra was not a seller, still accounting for ~18.2% of the stock.
Someone, therefore, is not disclosing anything today, or several major institutions sold down their interests in NFD. And yet, this is surprising given that a single line of stock (only) was crossed this morning.
