Wasn't talking about the IP, its the talent. Why stick around when you've got management who have continued to fail time and time again at commercialising anything you create?? I can't imagine they would be highly engaged and motivated when the peanuts running the place can't even spell the product name correctly let alone submit a high quality, professional and on-point TGA application. It would be massively deflating.

And based on their leadership and management track record to date, I think it would be safe to assume they wouldn't have even considered addressing key man risk measures to protect themselves.

Everyone on here hypothesises about their world beating covid test and battery tech and how this company 'can be the next CSL', but there are so many basic business fundamentals this management can't get right that unless there are changes at the top this company will continue do be a "could have been".
