The way I see it Eugeni should sit in the 2-3 range on the bottom scale. That is detecting the virus in the "Unlikely Transmission" range. Now that would upset the virus spread for very little cost. Prevention is cheaper than cure. Just a pity we were not there in the beginning!! But it is not over yet and we may yet get a roll to fill if governments can see the $ saving at that level of detection.
