    should just qualify - the debt ceiling Bill has been passed in the US House of Reps only

    -- it now must go before the US Senate to be passed, around 2am tomorrow morning our time

    -- that the Senate will pass it is regarded as a fait accompli

    -- applications for the position of new Wall St Boogey Man closing soon.
