True, but the perception will remain that Obama caved in to the Republican blackmail & bullying activities. I cant understand why he didnt use his Presidential powers, whereby he could have raised the debt limit by Presidential Decree....yet his own party advised him against that.... Why? Are both parties now working together to get rid of Obama? John Boehner, reportedly, was acting with only that one intent in mind....
