Agree, YC, most would realise the problem is not solved, merely deferred for now.... Their biggest spending is on the military front, and whatever domestic budget cutbacks they adopt, without increasing taxes, the military budget will drain any improvements. And we know that further military actions will "occur". Their "Joint Strike Fighter", the F-35, is now known to be a dud, despite the obscene cash paid to the US Aerospace industries. And Australia is committed to buying 100 of these toys. A recent article pointed out the huge aerial superiority that Indonesia will acquire per the purchase of Chinese & Indian made aircraft that can fly rings around the F-35 at a fraction of its cost. The US has lost its Financial superiority, its military superiority is diminishing, its lost its Space superiority, and has just demonstrated to the world it has a disfunctional Government. Cant see anything rosy their.
On the home front, you're expecting a commercial bubble-pop, I'm expecting a residential bubble-pop....I think it could yet happen that both will pop.
