I actually quite like the turnover of non performing department heads in government, yeah he's had a high turnover but he doens't leave someone in a job that is under performing, he pressures them to step up or f*s them off. We then don't get stuck with someone sucking shit for 4 years with everyone knowing the department they handle is shite, I wish we had more turnover here when we clearly get people who can't handle the position and then just get left there and everyone suffers all the way down to the end user being us.
