    there's a reason for that and that is the investment ASN has put into it and FYI there's no MAN correspondence that says an inferred JoRc compliant resource only a JoRc compliant resource "estimate" JOT FACT MERELY AN ESTIMATE AND THEY HAVENT EVEN DONE THAT ........
    I have my suspicions why but let's just stick to facts atm ........
