What is interesting is that the US volume is picking up quite a bit as analysts are discovering that creating a rare earth processing facility is not as quick as a stroke of the pen. I noticed trading volume today was triple the 3 month average; I am hoping to see a nice gradual price appreciation as the realization of the scope of processing RE’s is understood...
RE production is a complex process that requires more than digging up a pile of dirt. Of course, Lynas is rich with experience and IP and there has been plenty of time to enhance existing processes to gear up to full speed should the need arise. It would appear that Lynas is in the right place at the right time..
Bottom line, with P/E of over 800 Lynas scares away many investors. By same token those who are not afraid of the risk/reward factors may reap some terrific benefits. I guess is the QR will answer a lot of questions, but the guidance provided by Amanda during the meeting will be the real indicator to watch… JMHO…
