Interesting thought process mate.

I too am wondering which route im3ny will need to take to fund the rapid expansion. there has been past discussion around im3ny going public etc. ..and to expect mns to raise billions of $ to fund the rapid expansion over the next few years is unrealistic so one option could mean a possible dilution of share in im3ny, (but albeit they will be part of a larger giga factory).

the current 60% mns ownership i think is important as they would have a say in what happens with im3ny, but too much dilution, then mns dont hold enough cards to sit at the table and steer im3ny in their favour.
