For holders I'm not sure the way to go is a Nasdaq/NYSE IPO right now

Imo if they were to list in the next few years it'd be suicide. Those markets are absolutely ruthless during bear cycles (I feel like this one is just beginning and will last quite a while) and this being listed, who knows how the share price would perform.

Look at what has happened to NVX since nasdaq ipo, before the funding announcement it's been slowly bleeding out wiping shareholder value. A ~70% drop from listing date to today's close on the asx share price and ~75% on the nasdaq...... im3ny would surely find it difficult just as difficult.....

I do realize getting the extra funds outside gov grants/loans is a tricky problem to navigate and there is no real easy answer right now
