    I think a huge chunk of expansion funding will come from DOE loans. There is 10x the money available in the loan program…I forget who it was but a recent loan was upwards of $1b. I have no doubt money is coming one way or another, no way it isn’t considering all the personal time and attention Schumer is giving them.
