Don't give up on Europe so soon; the problem in Europe is accomodating the eastern countries with their cheap labour. However that will be overcome in time. Remember that Europe operates on tight purse strings and is not printing money like the US. If more countries hold Euros surely the opportunity will arise when they can print money and kickstart their economies.
