They might not be able to get loans, but they are saving. Maybe we get to the point where they start paying for new cars from their savings, rather than from those of impoverished Chinese factory workers,lol. It's painful, but it is a necessary period of adjustment, tolerable as long as employment doesn't collapse too much.
