What I'd have done is stated many times over the past 3 years - DISPENSE THE CASH TO SHAREHOLDERS and/or BUY BACK SHARES.

I might add SELL the WA assets, and definitely add DO NOT spend any money on new ventures (without acquiring exceptional oil finding skills which they clearly do not have, and is absent from the vast majority of ASX oilers).

All spelt out by me and other posters over the months and years - and yes we DO BLAME management.
