    The best indication of PPP intentions were in the heart of the GFC when they had $150 million cash and could not put it to work. These guys couldnt invest in an asset even if they fell over it. One thing they have proven beyond a doubt is they know how to trow good money after bad into timor sea ect. You have to question if you could run the company as a shell and distribute the majority of cash what the markets reaction would be ?
