    Look at it this way. Current PE for the msrket overall: 23.
    Forward PE : 19
    Average historical PE: 16
    So diff is 3
    BUT we have zero interest rates for the next three years so pe of 19 is very very low.
    Stop reading analyst reports. They always get it wrong.
