    ok I can agree with that. Around that time I was speaking to someone in torledo ohio she was bragging to me how housing had fallen from 90k to 45k. The alarm bells started to ring. I couldnt work out how the us could be in a boom when housing in ohio fell that sharp in around 12 months.

    I said it could fall lower. I wasn't very popular. Manny of those houses now cant be given away.
