you paint a bleak picture, Pinto, and I wish I could disagree - but I cannot. But the majority of people, and certainly no government will make any meaningful plans - until it is too late. Only some individuals with a good sense of what's been happening around them and beyond for the last 20/30 years will have either made plans or have already instigated their plans incrementally alongside the rate of deterioration. If there was one thing the Scouts drummed into me as a boy, it was to 'Be prepared.' .
