I had some correspondence with the company to get an update re progress with Gaston County re zoning.
Basically it's going to take another 6-9 months to get back in front of them to progress this. The company advises that there has been some turnover at the Commissioner level already and they are wanting to wait until the election is done to discuss with the parties who will be in place at the time. They want to ensure all new candidates are fully informed with the process. So really we aren't going to see much this year in the way of Gaston approvals.
