CLP is a big big project (mine/concentrator/refinery) all on one site, right there in "auto alley" (there's a ~US$300/t saving on transport and VAT costs right there over exporting from Quebec to China). About 45% PLL's NAL OTA goes to TX and the other 45% goes who knows where at present when LG starts taking product ... not NA in the short term ... hopefully FOB terms and not DAP somewhere in Asia.
It's a long game OTC ... and there is going to be winners and loser like in all commodities. 2025 will be here before you know it and finished just as quickly.
