He has a $2 Trillion clean energy plan. I have no doubt that he will try to do as much of it as possible. He will have to convince at least 2 Republicans in the Senate, this seems to be the biggest hurdle in the next two years. After two years, Democrats might have a majority in the Senate. Not for sure, but let's see.
