It looks like Biden will be President but that the Republicans may* retain control of the Senate for the next two years. If Republicans retain contrl of the senate that means that very little of Biden's policy agenda will get up. No Green New Deal, etc for the next two years. Furthermore, Mitch McConnel, Senate Leader, is an extreme partisan and will block the Democrats agenda for the sake of politics.
* The finale senate composition won't be known now until January as I understand due to the need to hold second round voting in Georgia.
