You do realise that Novonix is centrally located in North America and government legislation will dictate how they can and cant do business in that area.
You are right on one thing. Novonix needs supply agreements to shift the momentum but not introducing new government legislation can stagnate Novonix's growth in the long term. For example; if trump wins another term and chooses to invest heavily in oil then it really isnt going to help the cause at all. Another example; if trump starts another trade war with Japan or Korea or literally anyone else, that could impact on our abiilty to distribute product.
So all in all, whoever wins this election will indirectly impact on Novonix.
