US ELECTIONS--COUNTDOWN
Two days to go and it could be longer before the result could be out; we don't know.
Should there be a hung result for some time, then there will be an excuse to kick the $US lower and there could be some declines in the DOW as well.
The gold price needs to mount the $430 resistance which it could do very nicely in that case.
What will happen to the $US and gold if Kerry gets elected, that would be interesting.
