Yes Iress charts are useless, it's a cheap way to get live data though. Execution through FP is good though, it's through one of the big lending desks.
US Stocks feel so bullish at the moment. Out of the Stocks I follow the only real short I've looked at lately has been Ebay, AMZN has been looking abit weak compared to the high flyers aswell. Trading has been very geared towards bullish swing trades, and alot of the gains have been gaps up from the open, so you need to watch that when working out your stops/ maximum loss. Open/close spreads are alot wider in general.
Although IV rank is very low at the moment, US stocks are still so much more volatile compared to the ASX. I don't really see the point in swing trading ASX equities unless it's on the short side- however the market is still holding up. The US market offers so much more strength at the moment, and offers so many more $ opportunities on the upside.
