Haha from the Chinese press being hopeful.
10-20 will not save EU auto industries and wind. Chinese EVs will be dumped into EU markets well below EU auto manufacturers prices which is what EU have spent 12 months deliberation on.
As I said a couple of weeks ago China will be pulling out all stops to prevent EU doing similar to US.
