I would probably either take out the 82cps of investments before calculating the PE or else include the profit from gain on valuation... that gives me either a PE of 24 or 18.6. Probably somewhere in between would be most accurate, since one scenario assumes they are effectively cash and the other presumes they they will carry on growing at double digit rates.
