I don't think there is any miscommunication. It looks more like you (and a few others) jumped on some ambiguity in previous statements, and without any additional clarity, have drawn your own conclusions. I would await royalty revenues being announced or the next financial statements until you start stating that the US are using the cameras under the guise of 'testing'. That in itself is misleading and potentially completely inaccurate.
