My understanding is that Acuron will most probably be providing earnings guidance in the next few months (i.e around Feb/Mar05).

I would expect that AVP will post a small profit during the back-end of 05, and if not, during 1st half next of 06.

Concerning your other question, ExBull has quoted a Mkt Cap figure of $6mill on an undiluted basis which is misleading. Your are correct in saying that there are 85 mill shares on issue, however, 47mill odd are escrowed. So on a fully diluted basis, you need to take into account the escrowed shares as well the unlisted options.
