Biggest problem from the Max is they tried to push them as a headphone/hearing aid hybrid, that just confused the consumer, so they steered clear.
No matter what you're selling, it must be clear, or the public feels they're being hoodwinked.
They would have been more popular, if they were sold as a high end earbud, with a soft mention of a hearing feature...
