They will have to lodge the new company's financial statements with SEC by 25/01/2013.

This financial statements should be similar to the Annual Report, containing some updates to the company's operation and financials.

The current Biota's Company Brief on Nasdaq is derived from the Financial Statements which Nabi lodged with SEC for its FY2011. So, I hope the company brief will also be updated soon after Biota lodges its latest financial statements with SEC.

By the way, Biota seems to have also got the flu, an totally different mutant, namely, Nabi Merger.
