Rally will happen when FED cuts rates again.. Expect to be soon to continue to try and sustain stability.
Sidelines and nibble on the big down days... $$$ to be made in these markets... however patience needed.
Feb 2009, is my prediction to start looking for an upward curve outside the current trading bands....
