They are quite happy to explain stuff, or used to be. I got quite an education by ringing them.. usually to complain. I think its James who runs the desk. Sometimes it worked in my favour, there really was a mistake in the price, othertimes I got some understanding of what was happening. And they will trade offline sometimes. cheers!
