there is a complaints service, look on the asx webbie. Its a total pita to use, you need all the paperwork etc and have to complain to the mm first then after a few weeks if the matter isn't resolved then the complaints office takes it up. Of course, its all designed to make it hard for you to make a complaint but they do follow up if you persist. I've used it a couple of times... and threatened to a lot more. Of course asx is like a bonds rating agency, asked to make judgements on the clients most profitable to them... doh! no conflict there..
