When you have a very steep plunge, of course you will get a sharp rebound.
Trump plays up 'historic job numbers' etc, but what about the historic plunge in employment numbers?
Both the plunges and the rebounds are all due to COVID-19, but touting the rebounds while ignoring any context is just very stupid and disingenuous.
