and anyone who listens to the guy for a while realises he knows almost nothing about business in terms of 'win win'. thats the beauty of property though - location, presentation and interest rates are the key tools - not interpersonal negotiation.

mind you the traction of the obama positioning was nearly as absurd. the way the yanks whip themselves into a frenzy of myth making every 8 years is bizarre.
it tells you a lot about the education and publci discourse in the states - thats for sure
