Hell, there is serious accumulation happening with this one. Just take a look at the previous couple of months and the "Becoming substantial shareholder" notices.
At the same time there is someone who is dumping. Come to think of it, it could be the same ones, just done very discretely. Seems to have found resistance at 2.80 and is sitting on 12 month lows that have been tested some weeks back.
There is nothing wrong with the announcement out today, the opposite is true.
