The death rate of a normal seasonal flu is about 1 in 10,000.
My estimates were that you would need 340 confirmed case of the swine flu before you had a death. If you add anti-virals and good medical treatment the rate should be >>1 in 340.
However there are currently 65 confirmed and 186+ unconfirmed cases in the US.
